Just as a quick note, the Japanese Proficiency Test (日本語能力試験) application deadline is the 12th of September (2004 application). With the test being held only once a year you’d better get your skates on!

I finally finished my form and sent it off today. All told it cost me over 6000 yen! This year will be the un-passable Level 2.

The test will be held in Japan on the 5th of December.
